Practice areas
Intake built for your practice areas.
Archivar handles all practice areas. It comes with per-practice-area intake templates, tuned to what each matter needs, so a caller's answers arrive organized and ready for your team to review.
Bankruptcy
"I need to file, but I don't know if it's Chapter 7 or Chapter 13."
Debtor and creditor details, asset and income basics, then books a consult with the right attorney.
Family
"I need a lawyer for custody and support."
The parties involved, the children, the current arrangement, and urgency, then schedules a consultation.
Criminal
"I was arrested and need a criminal defense attorney."
The charges, court dates, and key parties, then gets a consult on the calendar.
Immigration
"My visa status is about to change and I need help."
Current status, the relevant deadline, and supporting documents needed, in English or Spanish.
Archivar handles all practice areas. Our system is HIPAA compliant if your firm needs it, and HIPAA-compliant setups are priced differently. See all practice areas.
After hours
Every call answered, day or night.
Archivar answers every call around the clock, 24/7/365, in English and Spanish. It understands why the caller is reaching out, routes intelligently, and handles urgent situations first, whether that's 2 PM or 2 AM.
- Missed-call text-back, so a caller who hangs up still hears from your firm.
- Voicemail transcription, so nothing gets lost in an audio file no one plays back.
- SMS follow-up that keeps a lead warm until your team can pick it up.
Overnight, at a glance
- Calls answered 3
- Consults booked 1
- Follow-up texts sent 2
Intake flag
Possible conflict match found against an existing matter. Flagged for attorney review before intake is finalized.
Conflict checks
A conflict pre-screen on every new matter.
As part of intake, Archivar runs a conflict pre-screen against your firm's existing matters and contacts, flags any potential match, and scores the lead. A person on your team always reviews and confirms the result before the matter moves forward: the AI runs the search, your firm makes the call.

Do I have to replace my current system?
No. Use Archivar as your full platform, or integrate it with the tools you already run.
Is my data secure?
Archivar uses encryption, access controls, and compliant data handling. An on-prem / your-servers option is available on request.
What about large or unusual firms?
Contact us. We'll build the right setup with you, including custom configuration, data-residency options, added languages, and service-level agreements.
Is this finished?
Archivar is live and in active use, and we add features continuously. AI keeps evolving, and so do we.
