What is Archivar Core?
Archivar Core is the practice-management platform with no AI: matters, documents, tasks and workflows, calendar sync, billing, invoicing and payments, a QuickBooks Online connection, e-signature, and a conversation hub. It is free for 3 months.
How does the 12-month free access work?
Archivar Core is free for 3 months. A credit card is required to start, and you can cancel anytime.
What does Archivar Core cost?
Everyone gets free access to Archivar Core for now. We don't publish a Core price; ask us and we'll share it.
What does the AI receptionist cost?
The Receptionist package includes the AI receptionist and Archivar Core: $99 per month month-to-month, $89 per month with a 6-month agreement, or $84 per month with a 12-month agreement.
What does the Full System cost?
The Full System includes Archivar Core and every Archivar AI feature, including the AI Forum and Premium Brain, the most capable AI models: $199 per user per month month-to-month, $184 with a 6-month agreement, or $169 with a 12-month agreement.
How are the other AI features priced?
Archivar AI features beyond the receptionist are add-ons. We don't publish add-on prices because every firm needs something different: contact us and we'll customize a package around what you want.
Which practice areas does Archivar handle?
All of them. Archivar works for every practice area, and we configure intake and workflows to the matters your firm handles.
Is Archivar HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Our system is HIPAA compliant if your firm needs it. HIPAA-compliant setups are priced differently, and we confirm the price with you before you commit.
Where does Archivar work?
Archivar serves firms nationwide. It answers callers in English and Spanish, and is built for compliance, including bot disclosure and caller consent. We configure it to your jurisdiction and practice areas.
Does the AI give legal advice?
No. Archivar supports your attorneys and staff. It never provides legal advice or replaces a lawyer's judgment.
Does it work in English and Spanish?
Yes, English and Spanish are included, and more languages are available as add-ons.
Can I start small and grow?
Yes. Start with Archivar Core, add the Receptionist when you want calls answered, and add AI features whenever your firm is ready.
Do I have to replace my current system?
No. Use Archivar as your full platform, or integrate it with the tools you already run.
Is my data secure?
Archivar uses encryption, access controls, and compliant data handling. An on-prem / your-servers option is available on request.
